Recipe:
Soak desired dose in lemon juice
Bring a cup of water to a full boil and remove from heat
Steep lemon soaked material (20-30 min)
Sift out mushroom material (optional)
Add additional flavorings or medicines (optional)

Decreased nausea and upset stomach
Slightly shorter duration
Quicker and often more intense come up and peak
Lemon juice acts as a pre-digester of the raw mushroom so it’s ready for digestion before it enters your body
Fun fact:
These methods act as a pseudo extract and can reduce nausea as the stomach is not always adept to digesting raw mushrooms- This is also partly why we cook gourmet mushrooms!
